After the sewage treatment equipment is installed, it needs to be managed and monitored. The management and monitoring need to know the following precautions:

1. Check the lubricating oil of sewage treatment equipment once a day. If there is sediment, turbidity or low oil level, replace and add it in time. Check whether the sewage treatment equipment is normal every day.

2. Clean and adjust the sewage treatment equipment every morning to ensure that the debris in the sewage treatment equipment is not overflowing, and take samples of the clean water pool every day for inspection. If there is any abnormality, report it to the supervisor.

3. Check the sludge accumulation and aeration conditions of each pool once a week, deal with the problems in time, and keep a record of the equipment operation.

4. According to the actual situation of the equipment, cooperate with the maintenance unit to clean up each pool at least once every six months, check the internal conditions of the equipment, and deal with it in time if there is any damage.

5. Keep and put disinfectant, put an appropriate amount of disinfectant on the clear water pool every week according to the actual situation, and record the amount of disinfectant.

6. Clean the station, keep the machine room, pipes and equipment clean, and do not pile up all kinds of irrelevant items.

7. Sampling the drainage at the end of every month and send it to the testing institute for testing. Generally, the testing items are pH value, NH3-N, CODcr.
